Placement Services and Fees

Candidate Requirements

Not Just Nannies is committed to upholding high standards in our caregiver recruitment process. We fully screen each candidate that we refer for placement. Each applicant must have satisfied the following requirements prior to being referred for placement:

-Completed 4-page application
-Personal interview and psychological assessment
-Two to three professional reference checks

A criminal and driving history check is also completed prior to hiring.

Pricing

We pride ourselves in offering professional services at reasonable prices.

Full-Time Caregiver

$100.00 Non-Refundable Deposit, which is applied towards the placement fee. Placement Fee of 5% of the gross annual salary due upon hiring.

Part-Time Caregiver

$100.00 Non-Refundable Deposit, which is applied towards the placement fee. Placement Fee of $595 due upon hiring.

Guarantee Policy

Not Just Nannies aims to make each placement an enduring one. We feel that our thorough screening process, follow-up support, and professional development & caregiver support opportunities helps us to acheive successful placements. If for any reason, a change needs to be made within 6 months of placement, we will provide a replacement caregiver at no additional cost.
